Fun City Birthday Party Terms & Conditions 🎉

We’re excited to celebrate with you! Please review the following information before reserving your party. These policies help us keep parties running smoothly and make sure every group gets the full Fun City experience.

Reservations, Deposits & Rescheduling

• All party deposits are non-refundable.
• If you cancel your reservation, your payment will not be refunded. However, the amount paid may be applied as credit toward a future Fun City purchase.
• Parties may be rescheduled at no additional charge when the change is made more than 2 days before the scheduled party.
• Rescheduling less than 2 days before your party is subject to a $50 change fee.
• Party packages have a minimum number of jumpers. If fewer guests attend, the package price remains the same and the difference is not refundable.

Party Rooms & Tables

Fun City offers both Private Party Rooms and Open Party Tables. Your reservation is for the space selected at the time of booking.

Requests to move to a different room or table are based on availability and may result in a price adjustment depending on the type of space requested.

Please vacate your party room or table at the scheduled time so our team can prepare the area for the next celebration.

Waivers & Check-In

An active waiver is required for everyone entering the park, whether they are jumping or not.

Adults may complete waivers for themselves and their minor children. Other adults attending the party must complete their own waiver.

Complete Your Fun City Waiver

Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time for check-in. Late arrival may result in lost jump time, as party schedules cannot be extended due to late arrival.

When you arrive, bypass the Front Desk and check in with your Party Host at your reserved party room or table. Jump socks and wristbands will be distributed in the party area.

Jump Time & Additional Jumpers

Additional jumpers may be added to your party package for:

Weekdays: $23 per additional jumper
Weekends: $25 per additional jumper

Additional jump time may also be purchased. Please ask the Front Desk for current pricing. Additional time may be added before or after your scheduled jump session, based on your preference and availability.

New wristbands will be issued and expired wristbands must be removed.

Please note: Purchasing additional jump time extends jump time only. It does not extend your scheduled Party Room or Party Table time.

Food, Pizza & Game Cards 🍕

Your remaining party balance must be paid in full after all jumpers have checked in and before your pizzas arrive.

Pizzas are scheduled to arrive at the end of your jump time.

Any changes to your pizza order must be finalized at least 24 hours before your party. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate same-day pizza changes.

Included $5 Arcade Game Cards will be provided to the Party Parent after the party balance has been paid.

Fun City Trampoline Park Salem allows outside food and approved items with a birthday party reservation. Please contact us in advance regarding food allergies or menu questions.

Decorations & Prohibited Items

You’re welcome to bring your own party decorations! Decorations may be attached to walls using tape only. Please do not hammer, nail, screw, or otherwise make holes in the walls.

For everyone’s safety and to keep our facility clean, the following are not permitted:

Piñatas • Confetti • Confetti Balloons • Sparkler Candles • Fireworks • Pyrotechnics of any kind
